


How it works
1 to 1 coaching is about having expert knowledge you can call upon when and where you need it. Unfortunately, health and fitness information is saturated with emotionally charged misinformation which leads to a "majoring in the minors" mentality. I created this coaching service to help people focus on what really matters when it comes to their health and fitness goals, to utilise the knowledge I have developed in higher education to optimise training and nutrition so they can make the progress they set out to make. This service revolves around direct communication and education to facilitate sustainability long term.
Nutrition support
Nutritional support begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current lifestyle, dietary habits, training demands, and individual goals. I provide evidence-based recommendations designed to improve health, performance, and long-term adherence through practical changes rather than rigid or restrictive approaches. The focus is on building understanding around food choices, energy balance, and behaviour change so that improvements are sustainable and transferable beyond the coaching period. For clients who require additional structure, a fully personalised diet plan can be provided, however the primary emphasis remains on education, flexibility, and developing the skills needed to make informed nutritional decisions independently.
Hypertrophy programming
All training programmes are designed following a thorough assessment of each client’s goals, training history and individual requirements. Programming is evidence-based and structured to develop strength and muscle mass through progressive overload, intelligent exercise selection, and appropriate management of training volume and recovery. No generic plans! Every programme is tailored to ensure training is specific, measurable, and aligned with long-term progression. The focus is on delivering consistent, sustainable results through clear structure and purposeful execution.
Educational Focus
Coaching includes an evidence-based educational component designed to help clients understand the why behind their training and nutrition. While there are no formal lessons, clients gain access to curated resources and clear explanations covering training principles, hypertrophy, nutrition, and long-term progress strategies.
